For grantees who have access to RAPIDS, the Excel workbook linked below can be used to convert data on apprentices registered in RAPIDS into a format that is ready to be uploaded into the WIPS system. It will populate fields that are collected in both RAPIDS and WIPS (for a total of 16 WIPS columns) and place them in the correct position, while leaving open the remaining columns to be filled in by the user.
