2. The system will provide available times for Help Desk Providers

3. Click on the best time for your needs

4. The meeting will be scheduled, you will receive a calendar invite with a link to join the meeting, as will the Help Desk Providers.

If your needs change or you are no longer available, please let us know.

The grantees seeking technical assistance from the Council of State Governments (CSG) must serve a grant managed by the Office of Apprenticeship. These grants include SAEEI, SAEF Rounds 1 & 2, and ABA Rounds 1 & 2. CSG can provide technical assistance to grantees for building and/or uploading participant data files to produce their Quarterly Performance Report (QPR), or to upload their content for the Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR).

All other grantees managing programs funded by the Employment and Training Administration must obtain technical assistance through the WIPS Technical Assistance Request. Please note that WIPS’ access requires a LogIn.gov account.
