(NCSBN), a CSG Associate, recently launched a webpage that offers an up-to-date national list of state registries for vaccine provider enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the U.S. steadily deploys vaccines to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an unprecedented and urgent need for qualified personnel across the country to safely administer the COVID-19 vaccines. Many medical professionals have stepped up to volunteer their skills and expertise. As the supply of vaccines increases and the need for qualified volunteer vaccinators also increases, NCSBN compiled an accessible list of state registries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in March, the new resource offers eligible potential vaccinators, such as nurses and physicians, the opportunity to volunteer to administer COVID-19 vaccines in jurisdictions across the country. The list of compiled state volunteer registries can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncsbn.org\/vaccination-volunteers.htm\">ncsbn.org\/VaccinationVolunteers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely fortunate to now have the greatest weapon available to combat one of the most serious health care crises of our time,\u201d said NCSBN CEO David C. Benton, RGN, PhD, FFNF, FRCN, FAAN. \u201cThis invaluable resource offers health care providers the chance to register to administer the vaccines that will help bring about the end to the pandemic.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1978, as an independent not-for-profit organization, NCSBN was initially created to lessen the burdens of state governments and bring together nursing regulatory bodies (NRBs) to act and counsel together on matters of common interest.
