Meet the New CSG Regional Chairs

CSG is proud to have great leadership in all four of its regions — CSG East/Eastern Regional Conference, CSG Midwest/Midwestern Legislative Conference, CSG South/Southern Legislative Conference. Meet the elected officials serving each region to help foster discussion and collaboration among state officials.

Hon. Ted Arnott, Speaker
Ontario, Canada
CSG East Co-Chair

Arnott serves as the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. In this non-partisan role, he presides over the debates in the Legislature, and is responsible for the management of the Assembly. Once the youngest MPP in the Ontario PC Caucus, he is now one of the longest-serving Members in the Ontario Legislature.

CSG East Co-Chair

Martow represents the electoral district of Thornhill in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. She held the position of Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Labour until November 2018 when she was appointed Parliamentary Assistant to the Francophone Affairs Minister.

Sen. Gary Cammack
South Dakota
CSG Midwest Chair

Cammack was elected to represent South Dakota’s District 29 in 2012 for the state House of Representatives. In 2014, he was elected to the state Senate. He chairs the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee and serves on the Senate Local Government and Taxation committees.

Speaker Cameron Sexton
Tennessee
CSG South Chair

Sexton was elected to be the 83rd Speaker of the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2019. He is currently in his fifth term serving the 25th house district. He previously served as the House Republican Caucus Chairman for the first half of the 111th General Assembly.

Rep. Jeni Arndt
Colorado
CSG West Chair

Arndt was elected to represent District 52 in the Colorado House of Representatives in 2015. She serves on the Rural Affairs and Agriculture and the Business Affairs and Labor committees for the House of Representatives as well as the Colorado General Assembly Statutory Revision Committee.
