Compacts and Universal Licensure
December 3 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST
Presented by the CSG National Center on Interstate Compacts
Interstate compacts and universal licensure recognition policies have been at the forefront of the policy innovations states are utilizing to improve workforce mobility, reduce barriers to employment, increase access to licensed services and strengthen state resiliencies. While these policies may share similar policy goals, their structure and impact on licensed workers have distinct qualities. Through a moderated panel discussion, this session will explore the similarities and differences between the policy models and equip attendees with the knowledge to assess how their state may benefit.
